Prayer Circles

Dear Lord:
I pray to You to give Laura the strength to see her through each day and I pray the YOU lend Guidance to her husband, who so desperately needs spiritual and professional help. Please help them both see that his addictions are diseases and like any medical condition, they need the proper attention and medical, psychological AND spiritual help.
I pray that Laura's illness does not keep her from enjoying life and that whatever it is she has, You will guide her and her doctors to recovery.
In Jesus' name I pray.

Dear sweet Jesus, I ask that you intervene with grace and love. I ask that you brake the bonds of addiction for this husband. I ask that he see the truth and the light. May they feel your presence and know you are with them always. O Lord most high, I pray that the blood of Jesus Christ cover them and protect them always. May the wife find comfort in thee. May this strife be lifted now and may they all find peace in your name. In Jesus Name, Amen.
Give your troubles to God and Praise him with a pure heart. He is steadfast and everlasting. He will carry you thru. I know because he freed me from addiction to cocaine, I jsut woke up one morning knowing I would die if I did not stop. It's been over 15 years now, and I haven't touched it. I'm free and he will do the same for your husband. God bless and keep you all. He is almighty and I praise him. Your friend in Christ

Rather than pray for you here, I will suggest strongly that you seek out your local Al-Anon group, where you will find contact with your Higher Power as well as a community of supportive people who are also dealing with alcoholism in the family. You will also learn about the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions, which will help you to cope with your husband's disease of alcoholism. If you have children who are able to read, they may also attend Alateen meeetings (they must be of at lease reading age). For those whose children are younger, some communities also have Alatot meetings.

I have been a member of Al-Anon for many years, and the help you can find there--as well as the prayers--are invaluable. Good luck and God bless.

Lord Jesus, please send a strong angel to stand by Laura's husband Mike's side and pull him out of his prison of addictions. Please make sure that angel stays by and makes things very clear to Mike and fills him with the love of the Holy Spirit to help him overcome and be there for his family. Also, please send a healing Angel for Laura so she can regain her strength and health. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen.

Jesus you know what each of us need in our life, you said in your word, that if we ask, we will receive, with a humble heart and spirit I ask for mercy for all of us who are addicted, frighten and lost. You knew us before we were ever born. Our path was already chosen, if we fall short or get off track, you use that to make us strong and allow us to rediscover that we will always need you. Please read James chapter 1 verses 1-18 ...in Jesus name I pray AMEN!

Please let us know about what has been happing I assume since you asked for prayer in 2002 and that there is no request now in 2004,Iam believing your prayers were answer.God is watching over us all.Jesus thank You for answer prayers.amen

Lord heal this woman in her body from her head to her toes and give her vitality,deliver her husband from those addictions and demons in his life,and bring life to their marridge and restoration in the name of Jesus i pray.
