A slient killer that snuck in

My best friend needs more than I can give. One voice isn't enough, I need more. We'll find out in a few days but there is a very real chance that she has breast caner. I hope everyone out there will open their hearts and pray. She has always been there for me, now in my own way, until we know for sure, I want to be there is the best way I know how. It hard sometimes when she's crying to be strong and not cry too. SO right now I need all of your voices to help keep me strong so that I can keep her going until we know and even after (if it's bad news)

	ladysings2 7/2/2001 12:16	My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer eight years ago. She went through a mastectomy, and was on medication for five years. She is now in complete remission. If Kim has been diagnosed with cancer, I pray that the stories of other survivors bring her hope. May her family and friends gather around her and show her much love, and may she have the strength and courage to find joy in every new day. I pray for the healing of her body and her heart as she goes through this difficult time.
