Jack K
10 year old little boy who was critically injured in a fall-60 ft from a dam

our son was critically injured in a fall from a dam...approx. 60 ft. last July. I posted a plea then for your prayers. He was given little chance of surviving, let alone recovering. He is now home and getting a little better day by day.

He is now home, but we have a long way to go.

He faces many surgeries in the future...the next one will be on his legs that will hopefully help him to walk. It's hard for this once active little boy to understand why he is in a wheelchair. We tell him he fell and that he was in the hospital, but he doesn't understand it all.

He has started some part time special schooling, he must relearn everything from the start.

He doesn't eat yet, he was on a ventilator for so long, he doesn't want much near his mouth and throat. He is fed through a tube.
We hope that will come in time.

He has come so far, but has far to go...Please continue to keep him in your prayers. You cannot imagine how much they have helped so far. Doctors cannot explain it.

Thank you for being such an important part of his recovery.

In Matthews 19:14 Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. And he laid his hands on them, and departed.
