Church of The Nativity LI NY
We may lose our Pastor

Please pray that our Pastor may remain with us.

Our church is located in Long Island, NY.
The Church of the Nativity is an Episcopal church. Our Pastor is Lutheran, and this is where our challange lies.
The Lutheran Bishop will no longer allow our Pastor to remain with us. She has been our Pastor for six months. Her work has just begun. She has breathed new life into this congregation. I began attending this church shortly after she came to it. I am now on a path that will ultimately lead me to the Kingdom of Heaven, and I place a great deal of the credit with this woman and the love and faith that she has shown to me and the entire congregation.
Our Pastor does not want to leave this church. The congregation does not want her to leave.
I ask for prayers that the love of God will seep into the heart of this Bishop and he will see that this Pastor has begun great works in the name of Jesus at the Church of The Nativity.
May God bless our Pastor and the people of Nativity.
