I pray for Rainbow to come through the operation and that your mom has her little friend for a few years more. Blessings to you and your kitty!

Please bring this family some peace and undersatnding as to why these things happen. Please heal Rainbow. If that is not Your will, please let her family live, knowing every day that they did all they could. That the greatest gift they gave this animal was their love while she was here. A loss of a beloved pet is as traumatic as the loss of a human. Help them with the coping process. Show them how much You love them for opening their hearts and lives to this special animal. Please bring Rainbow comfort.

Dear Lori, I am so sorry about your beloved Rainbow. I believe all things happen for a reason and with the way you described how Rainbow came into your lives, that there was a very special reason why. You took in a stray kitty and gave her a wonderful home and she has given you so much love in return. I know it is hard watching her suffer when she has been so full of love and fun. I will be praying for Rainbow, you and your family. If she doesn't make it, remember the wonderful times you had with her and if she does, and I pray she will, just cherish every moment with her. Dear Lord, please bring comfort and healing to Rainbow, Lori and her family. Please guide the vet in performing her surgery so that he may help to save her. If it is your will for this kitty to pass on, please comfort Lori and her family and help them to accept your will. Amen.

I will definitely say a prayer for Rainbow. I know how important animals are to someone. I love animals with all my heart and have two myself. Pray and God will answer your question as to whether or not you should go through another surgery. Myself, I would try any and everything I could. Sometimes vets/doctors don't always know what is best. Maybe this surgery will be what Rainbow needs. God Bless you and your family...Rainbow too. Rainbow will pull through this. Amen.

Hi Lori, I completely sympathize with what you and your mom are going through. I just went through a horrible trauma in my life with my one of my babies who was 13, my Simon (kitty). My mom just lost her dog Checkers on Tuesday to thyroid cancer. There is nothing so painful as the thought that you may lose your best animal pal. I will say prayers for Rainbow. You and your mom be strong, remember, the Lord does not give us more than we can handle.

Lord, you bless and nurture all your creatures. Look with mercy and favor on your little four-legged servant Rainbow, and grant her long life to be the reflection of Your love among her human family. Relieve her pain and bring her at last to Your glory where she may sing kitty songs of praise among Your saints and angels. Amen.

O merciful God, giver of life and health, bless thy precious Rainbow. Also, bless the skilled hands of those who administer to her. Restore her with thy healing gifts Amen.

I will keep your little Rainbow in my prayers. My cat had surgery last year for cancer and she is still with me now even though our vet didn't sound too hopeful at the time. Pray that the vet will heed the guidance of God and that you know that God loves your little Rainbow, too. God also loves you and your family, too. He will do what's best for your kitty but will never leave you without a furry angel for comfort. I do believe when one door closes--if it must--that's because another is ready to open. Do you remember the story of Noah? A Rainbow was a sign of God's covenant with people of His love and faithfulness. God loves you and Rainbow, too. You will never be without a symbol or reminder of God's constant love and faithfulness. Peace.

I'm with you -- I believe animals go to heaven. I know alot of people don't, but I do. The Bible says that God breathed HIS soul into us, but it doesn't say that animals don't have some kind of soul. It also talks of Jesus returning on a white horse, so I have to believe there are animals in heaven. God loves them as well as us!

Dear Heavenly Father, I pray right now for this precious kitty, named Rainbow. What a beautiful name -- one that reminds us of another of Your promises. Lord, I just ask that you do whatever is Your will for Rainbow. You are all powerful and all knowing. Help this family to trust in you and to know that you want only the best for all of us. Give this family peace, and if it is your will -- please spare the life of this precious animal. In Jesus'name, Amen.
