I am new to the prayer circle. I have a fellow worker come down with leukemia. I don't know her very well-but I know that she is going through a rough time and her knowing that people are praying for her will give her the help she needs to pull through.

I am asking all who reads this to take a moment to pray for a friend of mine who has recently come down with leukemia. She is going through a tough time in her life and with her know that people are praying for her will hopefully give her all she needs to get through this. Prayer is a very powerful thing and can help enpower people to get over the biggest of afflictions.

I like to think of the following quote---Afflictions are the steps to heaven.

Julie I lost my birth grandma to this>she was mis diagnosed.If her doctor had of caught it I would have more time with her.(I had only three years after finding her and my birth mother.)I did tell her she didn't have the Flu,but had a disease that was not curable except in God's time,but controllable.Hang in there girl-God is with you and your family.
