Dear Lord,
Please strengthen Sarah's determination to lose weight. Help her resist food cravings and keep temptations at bay.

Sarah I have personally had this same problem for years so I will pray for the both of us.
Father I come to you on behalf of Sarah and myself - please help us to control our eating habits - normalize our appetites. Also, please help us heal from the inside out - help replace our desire for food with the ability to glorify you in our physical bodies. We also ask you to protect us from ourselves so that our bodies will not be destroyed from our inability to control ourselves. We place these cares in your hands, knowing that you will help us. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Dear Lord, please help Sarah to love herself for who she is. Let her see the beauty she has within. Help her to control her urges. Lead her to the resources that can best help her succeed. Help her to have faith in You and in herself. Give her the courage to find herself for the first time in her life. All glory to You! Amen.

Sara, don't be discouraged. Lord, help Sara with her eating habits and help them to become healthy ones. Let her fill her plate with your love father. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen

Sarah, you are not alone; there are a lot of people in the world who are going through the exact same thing that you are, and you ARE strong enough to make the changes you need to make. Just as it takes time for bad habits to develop, it will take some time to develop good habits--just don't ever doubt that you are capable of healing. Put your trust in God, pray for strength, and seek help outside yourself. Sometimes it really helps to talk to another person to put things in perspective and start the healing process. I have faith in you; have faith in yourself! Best of luck to you, and God bless.

Dear Sarah,
Please have faith in yourself. Continue everyday to pray for guidance and strength. Picture yourself-what you want to look like, and more importantly, how you will feel. Just don't give up too soon. As someone else had written to you, bad habits take time to show effect, just as breaking through them and seeing a positive result will. Remember, you CAN do this.

Lord, please give this the strength this woman need to support her weak will power. We all have our weaknesses, but with your help we can turn those weaknesses into strengths. Oh, Mighty God, lay a strong hand on her, let her feel your strength and let her draw from it. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen

Sarah I too have problems with my eating habits, I seem to have no will power, like you I have good intentions, but, they seem to slip away. I have been praying that God will give me the strength to have the will power I need to not eat all of the time, I will also pray for you, that God will have you the will power you need. I also hope you will pray for me.

Heavenly father,
I pray right now for Sarah. That you will guide her Lord. Please give her the will power to lose weight. She is trying Lord and can't find the direction she needs. Please get her on the path that she need to be on in order to achieve this goal. Surround her around people that are going to help her and encourage her to accomplish the goal that she is seeking. In Jesus name I pray.

Lord, please help Sarah, MEWILL, myself, and all the people in the world who have a problem with eating to much. I have the same problem Sarah, as many people do. I dont really over eat, my problem is that I like sweets. I know I have to try and give alot of it up, and try to lose 15 pounds. I know I can do it if I put my mind to it. Ive done it before. You just have to motivate yourself, and take it one day at a time. Drink alot of water also. I know you can do it, just have Faith in yourself. The first week is the hardest and after that its not really to bad, because you feel alot better. I wish you the best of luck, and I know the Lord will help you.

Hello Sarah,
I understand what you are facing. I am or may I was doing the same thing until March 19, 2002. I made up in my mind that I would no longer let satan defeat me with FOOD. Through Fasting and Praying I have stopped eating after 6:00p.m. everyday. I drink water and juices and this is what I need prayer with, walking everyday. Somedays I walk and then a couple days I want. I don't know exactly how much weight I've lost because I have not weighed myself, but I have lost an 1" around my waist and 1" around my hips. Thank God for that. So I pray that God will strengthen you and help you to resist that urge to overeat.

Jesus please help Sarah. Thank you Jesus.
