Those who are suffering from cancer

I would like to pray for my dad, he is 52 and is suffering from two different types of cancer, he has had two surgeries. I just ask the lord to touch him and to heal his body of all pain and suffering and that he will help him in the days to come.

My dad is 52 and i love him so much and this is just killing me so bad inside to see him suffer like this with this cancer. I have seen him so sick over the past year and he has lost so much weight and has been in the hospital over the past 2 weeks. I see my mom breaking for the man that she so loves and how to deal and cope with this life threating disease. I just ask for prayer in the healing of my parents and to ask that god just give a light at the end of this dark evil tunnel that come upon my family.
I just want my dad to be out of pain. I know that what ever he (my dad )chooses in his path right now is best for him.
I love my dad so much and to this day i ask why, and lord keeps making my shoulders wide to carry this pain, not only did i find this out with my dad, i and my husband have split up and my car got broke into all in one week. I feel broken and dont think i can handle anymore, though i turn to prayer, i still feel alone.

	clhoffer 3/31/2002 08:43	Heavenly Father, I ask for your healing touch to be present in John Nance. You know the horrible disease that has claimed his body. Help him with his pain, his fears and his decisions. Only you know what is best for John, sit in his heart through this difficult time so that he may know your healing touch and everlasting love. Be also with John's family during this time of uncertainty. They are scared and unsure of what the future will bring. Stay in their hearts and lives that they may feel your love and know that you are there for them also. I pray especially for John's daughter, Jennifer. Hold especially tight to her Lord, she is young and has many burdens to bear. Let her know that you are with her and helping her along this journey. Help her to know that she has loving friends that will be there for her and will help her in any way they can and that she can call upon them in this her time of deepest sadness. I pray for strength and wisdom during this time, to do and say what is right and helpful. Above all, Heavenly Father, not Thy Will, but Your Will be done. Amen

	losinmymind 3/31/2002 14:15	For John Nance and his family, Lord, I pray that You touch each one with Your holy hand to heal. That You strengthen their belief and expectations for that healing and that through their faith Your power, love and glory may shine so brightly that all will know that it was Your doing. I pray that their friends will continue to intercede for them in this time of need and that You will give them courage to "speak that which is not into being". Believing by faith only in Your grace and love God and Lord of all, in the name of our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. AMEN.
