Our dear Lord I pray you touch Charlie's life and bring good things to him. Let him see his past is not his fault and envelope him with your love and give strength. Help him with his path in life and guide him in all he does. In Jesus name, Amen

Father God, I ask for you to have mercy on my friend Charlie. Help her to be able to turn her scars into stars. May the hurt that she has felt be gone, and may her studies at the university go well. Charlie,a note - don't be hard on yourself. If you need help, you're strong to ask us and everyone else for it.That takes GUTS. Don't give up on yourself. You have nothing to apologize for.

Dear God: Please give me the ability to pray effectively for Charlie, who is strong enough to ask for help like this.
I don't understand the ins and outs of what happened, or of his life, but I know you condemn anyone being sexually abused in the Bible, and I know you're on Charlie's side.
Please sustain him emotionally/mentally, so he can live each day, one at a time, and learn to love himself more and more, as you must love him.
God, you sent a piece of yourself, your Son, to earth to suffer, as if to know us better because you love us.
Since you know Charlie inside and out, please give him all the necessary things he asks for to survive and thrive.
Please love him right now.

Just a quick note to say thank you to all those have prayed for me and continued to pray for me both here and privately. I am truely touched by the care and kindness I have recieved from you all and I can feel your prayers making a real difference in my life. Thank you all so much.

The battle gets easier, although some days are harder than others, and I am learning more everyday about how God needs me to be. In July I am going out to Nepal to do some aid work in orphanages for two months ad pray in earnest that I will be able to fulfill God's purpose for me while am there. Mean while I have my university course to keep me busy and am praying that I will be able to get through the end of year exams successfully. I am moving on in to my future but I still have trouble keeping the past in it's place sometimes.

Dear Charlie, blessed child of God. Please know that your innocence and purity are protected. That's because these qualities are actually in-born, as a chld of God. No one or no thing can undo the love and purity that God has created in you. Know too, that Christ is active in your life, living you daily. God is of purer eyes than to behold evil, and as God sees you, you are his perfect, beloved child. Allow yourself to see from God's perspective how capable and wonderful you are. This love of God for you is powerful and ACTIVE daily. I love you too, and bless you in all that you do and accomplish...sharing love in Nepal next July.

Charlie Red, my heart hurts for you and with you. You are a very intelligent and brave soul! I comment you for your bravery and you honesty. You are special in so many ways that I know God will give you the strength to go on with you life and succeed in all that you do. Just remember that sometimes God moves in odd and mysterious ways, but He will be there for you and so will many of us. So many of us are living through troubled times, but God is seeing all that is going on and will take care of us in one fashion or another. We must be patient and it sounds as if you have been. I am so sorry that so many things have been bad for you, but no matter what, you kept going and you are beating the odds. Many would have chosen another lifestyle, but you have remained true to your faith and you know where the real power is and not many of your age always recognize this. I commend you, I pray for you and I offer you all that I have to help you. Your load will lighten, you may use your past experience to help choose your ultimate career, perhaps by counseling other, etc. Always know that God is with you and so are those of us that share in your pain and agony, but we know that better things will come to you. Keep you eyes set on the future rather than the past and seek guidance from your pastor, priest, etc. You are so special, I can never tell you how much so. I would be proud to call you brother at any time! I love you and God does too!

We know you plan is divine and everything in it has a purpose. Please, Lord, help this soul to understand and forgive so they can continue to grow in your name.

CHARLIERED, YOU MUST HAVE RED HAIR. AM I RIGHT? ANYWAY I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL HEAL, AND YES IT DOES TAKE TIME. I COME FROM THE SAME SPIRIT WOUNDING EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE HAD. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY TO YOU IS IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT, AND IT DID NOT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU AS A PERSON, BUT REFLECTS ON THE PERSON WHO COMMITED THIS CRIME AGAINST YOU. THEY ARE A WOUNDED PERSON, AND HAVE CHOSEN TO HURT SOMEONE ELSE TO GET OUT THEIR ANGER. PROBLEM IS THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IT. CHARLIE I'M SURE THAT BY NOW YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO FORGIVE THIS PERSON AS PART OF YOUR HEALING. NOT FOR THEIR SAKE, BUT FOR YOURS. IF YOU HAVE NOT TOLD THE PROPER PEOPLE ABOUT THIS INCIDENT I CAN'T SAY I BLAME YOU. THE AUTHORITIES ARE EVEN WORSE IN SOME CASES, AND ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FEEL AS THOUGH YOUR THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE WHOLE AFFAIR TO HAPPEN. WE ALL KNOW THIS IS AS FAR FROM THE TRUTH AS CAN BE. UNFORTUNATLY SOCIETY CAN'T HANDEL DEALING WITH ISSUES OF RAPE OR INCEST, WHICH LEAVES THE ONES INJURED BY THESE CRIMES AGAINST THEM IN OFTEN AN EVEN WORSE STATE. IF IT IS AT ALL POSSIBLE I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD SEEK A GOOD CHRISTIAN COUNSELOR THAT DEALS IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. THAT COUNSELS BY THE HEALING WORD OF GOD AND IS LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT SO THAT YOUR PATH TO HEALING WOULD BE REVEALED TO THE COUNSELOR. IT IS ONLY GOD,AND TIME AND THE PEOPLE HE USES TO TOUCH OUR LIVES THAT CAN BRING US THRU DIFFICULT ISSUES THAT WE STRUGGLE WITH TO RESOLVE. I understand your hurt and ask God to heal all that gives you sorrow. He loves you, we all do.

Thanks to all who have prayed for me and given me encouragement to strengthen my weary heart. I am forever thankful for the kindness of others and the power of their prayers as they work in my life, and I continue to pray for all of you too in the hope that my prayers will do the same. Since I last wrote a lot has happened. Going to Nepal was a wonderful experience and a great opportunity to share the love that God has given me.

I wish I had not come back,for there was so much that I felt I still had to do out there. But also, I wish I had not come back because of what I had to face when I came back. At Christmas, my abuser came to find me, angered by the fact that his secret was out, and he raped me again. I thought my heart would surely break this time and have often wondered over the last six months how I could possibly continue in my life and pick up the pieces again. My parents have been somewhat unsupportive and refuse to discuss it at all--they act like it never happened. The police could do nothing about it--it was my word against his. I wish that I could forgive him, because I know that is what God would like me to do,but I can't just now. I pray that I will in time. I feel like I have lost my way. My grades have suffered and I may have to re-sit a year at uni. I have no idea what I am doing with my life, but I do know that I want to go away from here and work at something for God away from the rest of the world. My dream is to set up some kind of organisation in India working with children and using my gifts in the best ways I know how.

God and I are having a bit of a strained relationship at the moment. But I guess it is better than no relationship. I am struggling to understand the ways in which he is working and I think he understands my frustrations. And I know that he is feeling my pain.

Dear Lord, I pray that you Help Charlie to cope and understand how Brave of him to come forth, as so many hide within, trying to deal with this situation on thier own. I commend Charlie for Being brave & bribnging forth..

I pray for Charlie, that she might have found the love that she needs not just from her peers but from herself God. I ask that you continue to up lift her and give her the strength to live a full and honest life.
God I ask that you heal the damage that has bee done to her, that you allow her to allow herself to unfold like a rose under the light of your love and that she grows in more fullness of you.
