Terrified patient about to undergo heart surgery

The doctors discovered a partial blockage in my Mom's heart last week. She has surgery scheduled for March 15th. The doctors say that the surgery is fairly routine; but Mom is terrified and convinced that the outlook isn't good. Please pray for her peace of mind, a successful surgery, and rapid recovery. Thank you

	nursingcops7 2/7/2008 11:03	Hi, I am a nurse and have worked cardiac. Heart surgery is SO SUCCESSFUL now; pls. reassure your mother of this. Tell her or I will pray that she thinks positive and pray the outcome is good. My aunt at 70 yrs. old had not just a triple bypass but a quad. and after surgery she never felt better. Walks miles each day, smiles and is more fit than ever. My prayers are with your mom. GOD BLESS

Never go through any fears, worries, and anxieties alone. That is what prayer groups are for. You don't have to go through it alone. Remember, God's will be done.
