Esophagael cancer returns in lungs

Cancer returns

Please pray for my fiancee' who in august was operated on for esophagael cancer. Just finished radiation and ten days left of chemo. Went for a cat scan and now looks like new nodules found in lungs and water may be around heart and lungs. Please pray that He survies the new treatment and can enjoy his new retirement and our wedding in fall of 2002, Would love prayers and to hear from people that might know more about this disease returning. 	hugfromangel 12/30/2002 22:13	Bonnie I hope that you are enjoying married life as I type this. I had a friend who also had this type of cancer. He went in for heartburn & difficulty swallowing & they found the esophagael cancer & a spot on his liver. At one point during the treatment they too found a spot on his lung after the radiation for the esophagael cancer - the esophageal cancer was gone with the radiation but then there was concern about the spot on his lung - it turned out to be what they called residual spot from the chemo & nothing bad - unfornately for my friend he also had a spot on his liver which just took him right before Christmas this year 12/19/02. But if your fiance responded well to the esophagael treatment I'm thinking he'll make it with God's graces. Your in my prayers & thoughts & I hope this helped. Love, Denise XOXOOXOX
