Prayer Circles

Oh Lord, My Deliverer, Thou who hath made man. Thou who hath brought this child, Joe Peggs, into this world. And now Thou hath taken Joe. As Thou hath said to be absent from this world is to be present with Thee in paradise. It hurt many, the parents, relatives, and friends. Let the love of your son, Jesus, overflow the hearts of the many hurt people. Give them the wisdom and knowledge and strength to continue in their daily life. As they share your wisdom with others, others may come to know of your son, Jesus. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

Dear Karen: It sounds like you are really hurting. First of all let me say, this is not your fault. The authorities will 'get to the bottom of this.' Joey is now an angel resting in the 'Lord's bosom.' To be taken at such an early age is truly a tragedy. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, Joe's family and friends. But believe me, Jesus will give you all comfort and the 'peace that passeth understanding.' You must stand strong in The Lord and claim all His promises. May God bless you and Joey's family and friends and get you through this confusing and painful time. May Joey rest in peace forever with the angels. God bless you all. Annamarie28

Dear Karen, my sister also lost a little boy that she was babysitting. It was very heart wrenching for all of us. Prayers were all that we could offer her and the family of the little boy. Dear Lord, please send your angels down to surround Karen, her family, and Joey's family with the strength to get through this difficult time. We believe Joey now sits on your lap as another angel in Heaven and is happy and laughing all the time. Let your spirit and love surround both families. In Jesus's name, Amen.

Karen, Please believe that God knows what he is doing. Everything has a reason and it is throught love. Leave your guilt and heart to the Lord and he will brear the pain for you. I pray for you and the family for peace, knowing Joey is in God's lap and is happy now. Karen, everybody is right on this Circle, please don't feel guilty, Joey's death was not your fault. My prayers go out to Joey's family and you, that Our Heavenly Father will give all of you spritual and physical strength at this time. God bless.

What a tragedy! Please take comfort in knowing that a lot of us are praying for you and for Joey's family. You all need strength to get through this. I feel as well that you probably need the income that your daycare service provides. Even if it doesn't feel like it, God is closer to all of you now in your time of trial, ready to comfort you. He loves us all. And someday you and Joey's family will get to see him again.
Dear Father,
In Jesus' name I petition You to give the comfort that only You can give, and the strength that they all need to get through this terrible time in their lives. And Lord, please also show them all the good that will come out of this terrible tragedy. You did it for us as a nation in a powerful way, and in Your divine wisdom, thank you for providing all of these requests. We love You Lord, but not as much as You love us all.

Jesus I ask that you bless this family and ease their broken hearts. I ask that you fill them with the faith and blessings of the holy spirit to get them through this most challenging journey. I know that this can be done through your love and compassion. I know that the healing will take time and time will help to heal the pain. I know that it will not be easy and each day will seem an eternity. But, I know that it can be done because I have had to travel the same path that little Joey's family has when I lost my only child in an accident. My son Bobby died on his 16th Birthday after being involved in an accident involving a drunk driver. I have never gotten over losing my child, but through prayer and my strong faith I have learned to live with it and have been blessed in many ways. Far to many to list here. So, Lord I ask that you stand beside them and give them the strength they will need. May God Bless all involved in this tragedy and God Bless little Joey. I know that he will be well taken care of and is safe now.

The death of a child...is indeed the most tragic tradegy anyone could endure. Only our Heavenly Father knows why this has happened and only he can bring us true comfort. Father we ask you to comfort each and every person this little boys life touched. He is now an angel in heaven. Amen

My husband lost his sister the same way, she was 18 at the time, she died right before her 19th birthday. She was planning her wedding when the Lord decided to take her home. We might never know why this happened to Joey, but at least I hope they will have the knowledge to know that he is in a better place now, that he his in the Lords arms now, and he is safe. May the Lord be with you Karen and Joey's family also. Stay strong and all will come together in the Lords time. I'll pray for you and Joeys family everyday.

We pray for forgiveness today, fill hearts with compassion and comfort in this time of sadness and loss. May the love Joey evoked in the heart of every family member and friend be increased now and become light. Give Joey's family and Karen a miracle. Please. Thank you. Amen

Heavenly Father give Joey's family strength and comfort to help them deal with the loss of their little angle. Help Karen and comfort her also to help her overcome her grief for the loss of Joey. You have called this little boy home for a special purpose that only you know. He now sits with you in heaven. He frolics through your heavenly fields. Bless and comfort all the people who knew Joey and bring them comfort. In Jesus's Name I pray AMEN.

Loving and merciful God, thank you for Joey, his family, and for his caregiver, Karen. Lord, I bring to you all those who are devastated by Joey's death, especially his family and Karen and her family and I intercede on their behalf in Jesus' name. Lord, release your amazing grace, your unshakable peace, and your shekinah glory into the darkness of their lives. You are a God of comfort. Give them comfort, heal their pain, and give them the strength to go on. Supply Karen with all her financial needs according to your riches. Be their shepherd, Lord, and carry them in your arms (Ps. 28:9). For your name's sake, Amen.

Only you know what has happened little Joey. Comfort the family and friends. Let them know you are in control. Amen.
