Suffering from anxiety

I have been suffering from severe anxiety for 8 months. It is awful. I don't know why it started and I don't know how to make it stop.

I never realized how terrible anxiety could be. I have fears that don't even make sense to me. A large part of my anxiety is due to death. I have been having an intense fear of dying, mostly hell. The odd thing is that I am a Christian and I know I am saved. So, I can't figure this out. Please pray for me that this will stop. I don't know why this is happening to me, but I need for it to stop. Thank you.

	judobie 2/7/2002 18:54	If you are having anxiety due to fear of death, then you would be wise to seek counseling from your spiritual leader, such a person can be an enormous help to you. Are you having panic attacks, if the answer is yes, then you should also see a doctor, there are wonderful medications on the market today that control anxiety. Prayer is wonderful, but you also need to help yourself by talking to the right people who can help you.
