We are trying to get custyody of my step-daughter!

My name is Jennifer and my husbands name is Kelly. We are trying to get custody of Jordan. Jordan wants to live with us and we have been fighting for going on 4 years.

Jordan and my husband will be seeing a psychologist in Texas (We live in Indiana). He and his ex-wife agreed to let this doctor make the decision. His ex will not agree to let Jordan live with us even though we will provide her with a stable, supportive, loving Christian home. Jordan is not taken care of at her mothers. She is left alone (she's 9) all the time and has to almost completely care for herself. Please...we need prayers. She wants desperately to be with us and while I'm confident we will win, I am afraid for what will happen to her if we don't. Any prayer is appreciated. Thank you.

Lord we come to you to ask that you help Jordon. We ask that you guide her and lead her to where she is supposed to be today. We ask that you bless her with the knowledge of love and compassion and that you help her to shine your love to others. We ask that where ever Jordon is today that you are there with her helping it to be the best it can be. Amen
