My prayers are with you KD, I too have been robbed at my place of business and were afraid for a very long time. I no longer work at that place of business, and feel much better and safer for it! Good luck and again, my prayers are with you...

KD..There are so many dangers of the world that the one thing you need to heed to is the power of strength. You have had a tremendous experience that will remain with you until you have had enough of the fear! So many people have been through the same bad situations, but only the strong over power the fear by letting it go.

Dear K.D., I am so sorry you endured such a frightening experience. My prayers are with you. I pray that you will feel safe again. I'm praying for you and pray that you are able to rid yourself of the fear. You might be able to use your experience and skills obtained on this job to find a better safer one. God bless you.

KD, I was robbed at work as well. Not once but four times. The gun was pointed at me twice. As for the courage to return to work, I wanted to make sure the "bad guys" didn't win. I prayed for strength and asked others to pray for me. Each time, I looked at a co-worker as the roberies took place and knew that someone was actively praying that nothing would happen. I have since quit working at this location but I still work for the company. Fear is a device of Satan, keeping us from obtaining our potentials. Don't let him win. Jesus is stronger and will make you stronger if you let him. Pray for his strength, you already have his love. I am praying for you too. It will take time, but you will be able to deal with this and it will make you a better, stronger person.

Dear KD, I too have been robbed at gunpoint, and it takes time to get over the fear. It may take a while for you to begin to feel better, but just remember that your life is in God's hands, and He is much stronger than evil. Thank God that you weren't physically harmed in the robbery, and I pray that you can overcome your emotional injuries with time and God's help. God bless you. Amen.

Oh Poor Dear KD, I am so sorry that you had to endure this. My husband held me hostage with a gun for a while, so I know a little of your trauma. I also have found ways to reduce it with Jesus' help. For I knew that a spirit of fear was NOT from God. So email me if you wish at jjflem98@echoes.net and I will tell you about this technique to reduce fear. Or if someone wishes me to post it, I will do that, too. Just let me know.

And now in the Name of Him who is able to keep us from falling, in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, I take dominion over this spirit of fear in you KD and I command it to leave in Jesus Name, and I ask the Holy Spirit to wrap you in His love like a big huge heated blanket and I ask Him to curl around you like a giant purring cat and I ask Him to support you like a hammock and I ask Him to comfort you like a perfect Mommy pulling you onto her lap to rock you to sleep and I ask Him to protect you like a strong Daddy who's got all the weapons He will ever need and never sleeps but watches out for you night and day and never leaves you either and finally I ask Him to SHOW YOU what is the depth and the width and the height of the love of the Lord God through Jesus Christ His Son for you in the Power of the Holy Spirit so that you can feel it and see it and hear it and taste it and sense it with all your senses and so you will NEVER EVER EVER feel alone again no matter where you are or what you are doing, but will perceive the Cloud of Witnesses around you and the Holy Angels flocking to your side as well as see the wonderful helpful people that God has placed all around us everywhere and especially,
KD that you will see all the time, someone who needs YOU to say God's words to them or be the hand of God helping them and loving them. Amen.

KD, I too find it easier to reach out to strangers rather than my friend or family...they are usually too busy. I am not too busy to listen and to try and give you some reassurance. It is unfortunate that you suffered this terrible act and were a victim of a crome which I am sure is very frightening. Try thinking about the fact that who ever did this was desperate and they did not take your life. Your guardian angel was doing their job that day, thank God. Get yourself some counseling to help you deal with the fear or if you are able to ..how about a self defense class. It may help your fears in the long term. Hope some of this advice helps.

I just wanted to let you know that even if you don't have many friends with whom you can talk about this, you have this wonderful online community of prayer partners. I pray that God will take away your fears and enable you to resume your career in peace. May the Blessed Mother also look after you as her own. God bless you KD. Amen.

Father, bless this woman and remove the fear that she is now feeling. Do not let the evil of one destroy the joy in her life. Protect as she resumes work and keep her safe. Let her feel the strength of the many "friends" she has here at beliefnet. Amen.

I pray that you will receive a clear direction of what to do next. Are you taking risks that you are not meant to take? Are you able to find work that is not in harms way? Was this an isolated incident or is this a pattern in your community? Remember that we have been given the freedom of choice, so use it wisely if you believe that your life is in danger due to your work and you are not prepared to accept that danger as a normal part of the type of work you do. Keep an eye open for opportunities, and pursue those opportunities that offer a more secure and safe work environment.

Jesus I ask in your name to help Kim and remove the fear she is feeling. Thank you Jesus

Kim, I understand your fear. However, you must be strong. The person that robbed you was not a person of God. That was a puppet of Satan! Are you going to let someone that the devil controls take over your life? Or, are you going to put God in charge? Think about it. Even through this whole ordeal, hasn't God protected you and taken care of you? God will never give up on you, so don't give up on Him or yourself. As soon as you do, Satan wins.

Encourage your child not to be afraid. Let her know that you are with her daily. Wrap your loving arms around her. Amen.

God does not make us do bad things, He gave us freedom of choice what we are to do good or evil. Evil tries to frighten us away from God.
And that person who robbed you has something even worse coming to them. I also believe the laws of Kharma are true. What comes around goes around and it is usually 3 fold.

Not that you deserved to be robbed, it is that person who robbed you will have it coming to them 3 fold.

Hope this little note find you in better spirit and good health, I am sorry that you had to be put on the spot at your place of employment and be victimize, I know its hard, but I would like to encourage you to pray and not give in to your fears, fear is a tormentor and I pray that God with restore back to you a sense of security in him. God did not give you the spirit of fear, it comes from our enemy the devil. God give us the spirit of love and peace. God knows what you are going through and I pray that you will gain strenght from all the prayers that went up for you in Jesus sweet name. Be encourage. May the God of peace surround you with love and comfort. I pray that you will find comfort and strenght. Trust in God and not your fears it will keep you from being happy. continue to reach for help and trust completely in the power of prayer.

Dear God:
Please help this person, who must have alot to offer the world, not just the workplace, to feel that the good outweighs the bad in humanity, despite the way we keep messing up in our own lives, and sinning against others.
Please give the author here some peace, and through some sort of event(s) in their life, please restore their sense of security and faith in the general good of people.
God, please protect this innocent victim, and may they always feel your caring, merciful presence.
