Alzheimer's patient with Pneumonia

Watching a loved one suffer from Alzheimer's Disease.

Seven years ago, my Grandmother began the early signs of the Alzheimer's Disease. Now at 67, she is at the final stage, and totally dependant of a care taker. Just a few days before Christmas, she was rushed to the hospital due to several seizures she had in her home. Once admitted, the doctor's discovered she also had Pneumonia. At this time, she is connected to a breathing and feeding tube, which is only temporary. She has been lying in bed, crying and suffering, and it is heartbreaking. My family and I visit her everyday to pray and hope for good news of her recovery. The reality of it, is that this may be her time to pass on. As true believers of Christ,..we leave all in his hands. All we ask is for her suffering to end in the name of prayer. Any prayers said for her, and others who suffer from an illness will always be appreciated.
