Dear Lord our Heavenly Father! I ask that you bless Lise with the strength, power, and courage to know how lose the weight, gain better health, and cofidence in self.Please speak to her in time of weakness and remind her that through you she can do anything, anything at all.Please give her patients, love, and understanding with herself. Please allow her to have joy each step of the way and joy in each moment with who she is at that moment. Please give her the knowledge to know that what ever her weight she is still one of your children and that you will always love her. This I ask in the name of Jesus Christ Amen |

I pray that you will find the strength to cary on and that if you think that you can't make it that the Good Lord will cary you and that you might find the peace that we all need, you have under taken a major task - so I also ask that you not give up in all that you try. JML |
