Davis D
14 yo son, very bright, sophamore in HS, read bible many times, goes to youth group, Church & SS

My son has decide that after reading the bible and finding what he feels are contradictions and errors, that there is no God. All of'this' is a farce and we are holding on to God like a 'comfort food'.

We are still going to Church as a family, he is going with 'gentle' pushing ie: Were a family, this is a family activity, you're part of this family, you're going. We as a family need your prayers for us as well as our son. He said he once believed but now doesn't my reply was "good, glad I will be spending eterity with you" It is hard to hold my tonge and not shake him! We love him very much, ofcourse, and hate to see our son in this termoil. His grades have fallen ( he has a genius IQ) to D's and even and F and never wants to participate in family outings or even eat with us. All he wants is the computer and the video games. We have grounded him from them due to the grades. Thank you
