college student lost to addictions

A Prayer for help with loss of self control with drug and alcohol abuse and to open his heart to God and seek help.

My son was admitted to a hospital on the 29th and placed on a 72 hour hold for evaluation. His father, the doctors and I tried to get him to admit himself into a rehab (he's 21). He signed himself out after the 72 hours and is in denial about his problems. He was brought in to the hospital naked, incoherant and delusional. His abuse has gotten out of control and I fear he will not live long if this continues. He's in his senior year at a top 10 university with a 3.9. He should graduate in June. Our family's only concern now is that he acknowledges his problem and seek help. I have every Christian friend of mine praying for him and he's on several prayer chains. When a friend of mine emailed me your site I knew I wanted to ask for prayers for him here, as well.
He is a wonderful, bright, loving spirit who has lost his way.
Please pray that I will do God's will to reach him and that God will touch his heart.

Please help them all get through this with great strength and guide Nick in the right direction and give him the power to fight this horrible disease and move on from it and become a better person from it.
