Prayer Circles

I pray for the victims of this tragedy and that Allah's presence may bring their families strength and peace. I also pray for the wounded New York, whose scabs were only freshly formed before being ripped open again this morning.

Oh God -- when will this end? I want my children to grow up in a world without such fear. Please help the families directly touched by this tragedy -- and the rest of the world touched by the horrors of terrorism. Amen.

Dearest Father in Heaven,

I humbly ask You for the repose of the souls who died in this crash, may they be with You in Your Arms in heaven. Please take care of and comfort the victims and familys of all those involved. I ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, for You have said "Whatsoever you ask in the name of My Son, you shall be granted." I humbly ask that you grant the repose and comfort for all your children.

Once again... we find ourselves praying for others... perhaps that is the lesson. Perhaps we are to learn to be in constant prayer for others. We may not always be conscious of the loss and suffering that is happening in many places at any given time... these events re~mind us. Dear God, I pray to you now for your peace which passes all understanding to now be with the victims' families, the rescuers and firefighters in Queens, the airline employees, and everyone even remotely touched by today's tragedy. God, if there was foul play or hatred of any kind involved in this crash, I humbly ask your forgiveness of those who may have put that hatred into action. If there was a mechanical or engineering failure I humbly ask for your peace to all those who maintained the aircraft to be especially blessed in their sorrow.
