Deb L
A widow loosing everything

My husband died of leukemia in August. I haven't grieved because I am daily putting out fires. I'm dealing with all his debt. His ex-wife is getting all assets because of legal loophole that allows this even though she is living with a man..

Please pray for Christ's answer. My husband and I loved each other so much. We completed each other. He never thought he would die so young, before legal problems would be worked out. Now I am left with many, many problems - daily. And his ex-wife is winning on all assets including life insurance, pensions and our house which we built. She is very bitter. Please Lord, what do I do? Deut. 17 says go before the judge. Is this correct? Do I fight this battle or do I walk out of my home with nothing but my mother's paintings?
