R.W., Hi, my name is Alisha, I am the single mother of a 6 year old boy. He is the light of my life. I want you to know that I will keep you and your son in my thoughts and my prayers daily. God will provide. I can relate to your situation as I went 2 years of Ryans life without help from his father. It was tuff. To show you how God provides and works in your life, I now have a wonderful job that pays good money, Ryan's father is consistent in his life every other weekend, and they garnish his check for child support. So even if your son's father chooses not to participate, you can still take him to court to make him pay child support. I do not know where you live but, there should be resources in your community that should be able to help you. Look in the phone book, start with your Department of Human Services. These places also have mental health services to help. I work in mental health. When I was going through the tuff 2 years with Ryans dad, God and counseling is what got me through. You just keep loving that little boy with all you have, when he looks in your eyes and smiles, remember, what a gift he is from God, so lean on God to help get you through these tough times and he will be there through the good. Lets pray, Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you today thanking you for this day, our lives and our friends and family. Thank you for all that you have given us. Lord, I pray today that you will comfort R.W. and scoop her and her baby son in up in our wonderful comforting hands and let them know everything will be okay, will work out to your will. Let her know God, that you love her. Father, please instill health on her little boy so they can enjoy life as you meant it to be. Please provide for R.W. and her son Lord, you are the creator, you have control over all, help her make it through to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We love you Lord and ask these things in Jesus's name....A-men.

Oh Heavenly Father , I pray you provide for R.W. & her son. Father we go through so many trials in this life. Only you know why. I pray you keep her little son healthy. The man that has left them may you work on his heart to return or help these two that are in much need. Father, I know that you provide. R.W. keep your heart & mind open for things will turn around, we just never know when, but Our Heavenly Fahter does. Keep praying & get help from resources. God Bless you two.

Dear Father:

I pray that you will touch this mother and her son. Lord, she is trying so hard to make a good life for her child, and it is so difficult right now. Give her your strength that she may take from that to continue on the path she must go. But, I also pray that you will touch the heart of the son's father and make him realize the commitment he made to his wife on the day of their marriage that he will be with her through better and worse. Even though the marriage may not be reconciliable, he does have a son who needs his father now. This child is his flesh and blood and he needs both parents so he should be visiting his son and paying child support. I pray the child's mother is in your Word daily, praying with hope in her heart that you are there with her. In Jesus' name, I praise and thank you.

Hello R.W.
My name is Tonya and I am a single mom of a 1 year old. My situation is similar to yours in that My son's father does not help in any way with the raising of him. I understand your plite and I am praying for you and your son. Things will get better for you and your son. God is a great provider and he will provide your every need. Things may look pretty bad, but they will get better. I am fowarding a pray to you that was sent to me when I was feeling the pressure of being a single parent and trying to make ends meet. I still have some of those days when I feel that I don't know what I am going to do, but then I remember that I put all my worries and problems in GOD's hands let him handle it. He will you know. Zachary is a beautiful blessing to me and I thank God for him each and every day. He is the other part of my joy, God is my first joy. There are time when you need someone to talk to; talk to God I do all the time. I will keep you and your little boy in my prayers. Please do not get down on yourself. You are doing a wonderful job! You have come so far, don't quit now. There are a lot of us out here that think what you have accomplished (and yes, you have quite a few...) is amazing! Please just believe in God and in yourself! We are all pulling for you!

God Almighty, heal this woman of her depression. Keep her son safe, and may their family be blessed with all that you can give them. Bless all single parents. Mary our mother, pray for them and our families. Amen.

RW I know what you are going through. I am a self suporting mother of two boys. It is not easy after the bills get paid there is very little left. But I always thank God I am able to suport them on my own. My kids will grow up and respect me for being a hard worker Remember new things can be nice but it will never replace Love as long as you have that you have giving your kids the world also as long as you teach them of Gods love you have giving them Gold. Believe me I know how you feel but always believe God has a plan for all I will pray for you to stay strong and believe you are making a difference in your sons life.
