Difficult recovery from surgery

Mystical rose,
Gate of heaven,
Morning star,
Health of the sick,
Comforter of the afflicted,
Queen of angels,
Queen of families,
Queen of peace:
Pray for her, O Holy Mother of God.

Theresa is in great pain following surgery, and her recovery has been complicated by pneumonia and infections. She has not been able to tolerate any IV nutrients beyond water and electrolytes for 13 days, and is very weak. We pray that God will lessen her pain, give her strength, and heal her.

She is afraid and I don't blame her. Please watch over her, and in your gentle way show her that faith will always conquer fear. Bless my Dad and keep him strong for her. Help me find a way to comfort her, sometimes I feel lost to help her.
