Prayers, Support, and Healing

A place where people can ask others to join them in prayer for themselves or loved ones as they learn to heal.

Those of us who grew up in dysfunctional homes know how difficult it can be to adjust to life and relationships in the real world. Those of us who grew up in that dynamic may find ourselves repeating old and hurtful patterns from our childhood into our adult life. Some of us go on to healthier relationships, but clouds of the past can still darken our days. Some learn how to put the past behind them. Share your prayers for those who suffer and ask for the prayers of others as you learn to grow and heal.

	operajan 10/1/2001 01:38	Please pray for me as I prepare for my upcoming marriage to a wonderful and healthy man. He does not always understand why I react the way I react to things sometimes, or why I get afraid, but he loves me and we work and grow together. Pray that I will experience continued growth through the work of therapy, support from friends and loved ones, and the prayers of myself and others.

Give them angels that bring them through the challenges of growing up in chains of hate and unstability. Father, protect the young and innocent child out there who is growing up in an abusive environment. Give that child the angel he needs in his or her life to bring them out of the turmoil. Thank You Father for making your presence known in my life. Amen.
