Remember to put on the "full armour of God each day." The world's focus is on "profit -- greed," not being sensitive to people's needs. Jesus is still with you, and remember "Consider it pure joy ... whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."

Use this temporary set back to seek what God is trying to teach you. Relax! Praise and Worship! Slow down! If you are a workaholic, something else is going unattended!?

"Father, I see this situation in your hands. You are teaching Richard's employer as well as Richard. Give Richard the wisdom I know he has asked for -- if he seeks wisdom, he must ask for it! Open his mind and his spiritual eyes! Most of all, Father, grant him Your Shalom through all of this! In Jesus' mighty name! Amen.

Lord I pray that you will give Richard all the guidance that he needs and support in helping him to keep his job in tac. I know that he is worried about his job and that someone else is going to come in off the streets and take over his position with his company, please help him to feel more secure in his employment with his current company. Should there be a much better, sound and solid position out there somewhere for Richard, then please just let the position and opportunity come knocking on Richard's door.

Please be with him each and every day lord, keep him safe from all harm, and financially secure in all that he does. Please give him the inner peace that he so desires and deserves, he has so long (or possibly his entire lifetime) that he has always put others before himself, he always gives 110% lord in all that he does, please keep him healthy and full of life. Bring to him new joys and financial freedom lord, in your precious name I pray dear lord, Amen...
