Please help me pray that my father recovers from a stroke and Congestive heart failure

My father had a heart attack and then 2 weeks later suffered from a stroke in July '00. He just took his first steps one year later July '01, one month later after taking his steps and being able to move his leg again he had conjestive heart failure.

This has left him very weak and unable to move his left leg and foot and move his right arm/ hand. He is 71, will be 72 in October. Daddy was in great health and took good care of himself. He wants is to be able to walk again and care for himself. He needs someone to help him do everything except feed him. My father is a very caring independent giving man. We (the familiy) were not aware of what stroke symptoms were. When I called 911 it was too late. Now he has to recover, and we know with prayer all things are possible. The doctor never told us he was a candidate for a stroke due to his heart condition. I got a copy of the doctors notes after the stroke and read this information. Please help us in praying that my father have a speedy recovery. He doesn't want to die. He wants to enjoy his grand daughter who is 10months old. Could you also pray for my mother who is his main care taker. She has diabeties her feet hurt really bad. Please pray that her sugar stabalize.

I ALWAYS SEEN MY FATHER AS A SIGNATURE MARK FOR STRENGTH, BUT LAST MONTH HE WAS DIAGNOSIS WITH THROAT CANCER. NOW OUR FAMILY HAS TO HELP HIM THROUGH THIS ROUGH TIME.
