Brother and Sister Fire Fighters, please pray for our Brothers and Sisters who are missing, injuried,or who have responded to "the last alarm." Remember the families and most of all the children who wait for news of loved ones.

Father of Heaven,

Please be kind to our Brother and Sister Fire Fighters who anwsered the call of duty on that fateful
day. Please comfort the Families of those missing and feared dead.
Bless those who are injuried and feel guilty for being spared by your divine intervention,have them to carry on Lord. Bless the people who are carrying on the task of finding others in the rubble and give them peace in the horrorable sights they see.
Lord bless the children of those who have fallen and may they continue grow in your loving kindness.
Bless the rest of us Fire Fighters who will continue to answer the call of duty, and may we have the courage of our fallen
friends of the N.Y.F.D. Amen

I have witnessed the Divine through your loving, selfless, self-sacrificing, tireless efforts to clean up this horrendous evil and make good come out of it. I pray for you as though you are my Brothers and Sisters, because in essence you are. I pray that God sends abundant mercy and blessings your way--blessings of peace of mind and soul, physical and spiritual strength, and the ability to turn to God in the midst of all this grief and lay your burdens upon Him. I love you, and I will send my prayers up to heaven on your behalf, and I can only hope that by some miracle, this whispered prayer will touch your heart and remind you that you are loved.
