Dearest Father, Mother, please help us to find forgiveness. Help us to withstand the temptations of hatred and judgement. For PEACE I pray.

Only when we all learn to value life, no matter to whom (or what) it belongs, shall we truly know peace...

Teach me creator...

Love over anger, Compassion over hatred and understanding over ignorance

I pray for ALL the victims of this horror... The Workers, The Hostages, The Rescuers, The Bereaved, The Terrorists and their families and communities...

I pray that no more Innocents will be harmed from this madness. I pray that the Muslims of the world will not be made scapegoats for the anger of those wronged.

I pray for peace and understanding, forgiveness and tolerance...

May we embrace our hatred at the terrorists, to understand it for what it is, so that we may transform it into loving kindness.
May we reject our ignorance and replace it with wisdom, so that no more innocent humans of any faith, creed, or color will be hurt by our actions.

I certainly am saddened by all that has happened. The senseless loss of life, by a group of people who seem to have no values. I am also tired of the relentless 24 hours of seeing this on virtually every channel. Every time that plane hits the building, there is death. I feel strange since I am not as gung-ho as it seems others are. It is sad, the killers too are God's children. And our reaction is against my pro-life belief. I pray daily that in my own life, my belief will not be put to test personnally. But killing is wrong, in any case. This is my personal struggle.

May the souls of the terrorists be transformed in death, so that their energy can somehow be part of the healing, and the learning, and the changing. Blessed be.

I pray for myself because I am angry and I want someone to pay. I don't believe in killing but I see no other option. May God bless us and have mercy on us all!

Holy Mary, Mother of Mercy, intercede for us now. Help us to forgive the terrorists for what they've done, but never to forget. Forgive them, too, Mother of Mercy, and bring them into the Divine Presence. Amen.

Father God, I lift up the muslims who are involved with Bin Laden, the terroroists and I lay them at the feet of your mercy seat. Father, I pray for them out of obedience to your Word, for you require that we pray for our enemies, and love those who hate us.

Father God, I know that these men aare decieved by satan...to beleive that You would ever want peopl;e killed in your name is beyon comprehension. Fahter, pl;ease touch the hearts of these men, open their eyes to Your Truth, that they might except you before their deaths and yet be saved.

Father, soften the hear of Bin Laden; let him know you and fell your true presence.

Laslty Father God, please protect those muslims who know your truth, who live by your decrees and wish harm to none. Father grant them your peace and put a hedge of protection around them and their children. Father, speak to the hearts of those who are angry and would purpetrate more violence and revenge on people just because they are muslim...allow them a moment of clarity to know in their hearts what Jesus would do and would require fo them.

Dear Lord I am asking for your mercy on these families who have lost their loved ones. they committed a terrible act against humankind and america but they are people and they have souls. Let your grace fall on these families and these souls and lord give me and other americans the grace to and strength to forgive and love even though we are so tortured.

I pray with all my heart that the Lord heal and protect ALL humanity even those responsible for this attack. The Lord loves all his children.

My prayer for the terrorists:

That whatever grievances there are that have driven you to perform such acts will be answered and met with fairness and justice;

That you will acquire the calmness and inner clarity which you will need to help you perceive the error of your ways and realise that no grievance however great can ever warrant the sacrifice of thousands of innocent lives;

That you will have the serenity and courage to face with calm understanding the inevitable consequences that shall follow your actions;

That the people of America, whom you have wounded so grieviously, will nevertheless acquire the calmness and inner clarity which they will need to help them remember that you are still human beings, as well as help them reflect carefully on just how they might have grieved you that you should perform such acts;

That you will eventually repent;

That the people of America will forgive.

God please help us who are left to deal with this. IT is hard to ask for forgiveness for the terrorist. But knowing the loving father you are you will guide us to do right. Amen.

I pray, too, Father and Mother, for those who gave their lives for a cause they believed in, which brought so much pain and suffering to so many.

I pray for those in this country and others around the world who are readying themselves to die for the cause of retaliation that they believe in. Help them to see that peace, love and understanding of one another is the only answer.

I pray that the light of Your love will shower us all, and help us to forgive, rather than condemn.

Most of all, I pray that you give all of us the strength to remember our ideals in the trying times ahead.

For these things I thank you.

Forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Help them to see the truth, and the depth of Your love.

Heavenly Father, You have tested us in a way no one had imagined. Many remain angry, but deep-down, that is preceded by shock and fear. Although we are told these are natural human emotions, we do not know how to comprehend what has happened...simply because we are ONLY HUMAN. No man, however great, is able to compare to you; therefore, I ask that you spare the United States (and the world) from more pain, because we are ignorant of your Word. This tragedy has brought many of us to our knees to glorify you--I am simply in awe of the number of people world-wide who have spoken of You, whether we call You: God, Allah, Father, etc. We now see that we are all bound and led by the only ONE who can lead us--YOU!!! I personally ask, as a humble U.S. citizen, that you help us to heal, and also help us to help the terrorists to believe. You alone can open their hearts to let them see the evil they are causing...we, as mere humans, are only your TOOLS...Please allow each of us to do the job you have asked of us in ridding the world of this evil. The judgment will be YOUR WILL, but please allow President Bush (and all world leaders) to accept your wisdom in the pursuit of this justice. When we are angry, please touch our hearts with love and compassion...I have seen much of it in the last 3 weeks and that alone, gives me more Faith in You than ever because I thought love was pretty much gone from this world. Once again, as a mere human, I was wrong--You alone have showed us that it still abounds!!!
Thank you for the blessings you have bestowed on our country, and let those of us who had forgotten that YOUR HAND ALONE IS WHAT HAD GUIDED US AND PROTECTED US THIS LONG, remember and realize that You are ever watchful, and ever-loving. Please place angels, in Jesus' name, not only at our doorstep, but also at the doorstep of the Terrorists, wherever they may be...Let your angels do their miraculous work, to soften the hearts of these people, who are being seduced by Satan (unbeknownst to themselves) and let them see that You alone will prevail, for GOODNESS RULES OVER EVIL FOREVER.

In Jesus' name, I again ask for Your most HOLY PROTECTION AND FORGIVENESS FOR THE UNITED STATES, ITS LEADERS, THE WORLD, AND ALSO THE TERRORISTS AND THEIR TRAINEES...

Oh God, please fill our hearts with wisdom, calm and understanding. It is so easy to hate, so much harder to let ourselves be filled with the beautiful, peaceful Light that you spread. Give us the strength to strive toward this love. I hold in the Light Osama bin Laden and all of his followers. I hold in the Light all those in the world harboring evil thoughts or hatred.
