Start today to see a positive thing in life - even if it seems insignificant. Stop the cycle that starts when things do seem bad. It is a choice to say "no"!Tell yourself you will be happy and life is NOW going to fill your wishes (as it has been doing). We create what we think. Change your focus and ask for what you DO want and not what you "don't" want. Stay focused on the plus. May God give you the stength in each moment to help you walk a new life with a new view. One step at a time until you are walking strong and happy. My thoughts and prayers for strength for you to be filled with peace and love be with you. Love. Live life with love - for you and your kids! They too deserve it. |

I've had problems myself with depression. I just started reading the Bible.I also started watching Joyce Meyer on T.V. She is a powerful woman of God and told me like it was, which I needed to hear. I learned the best way to deal with depression is to get my mind off myself and find ways to help other people. That made me feel so good. ALso think about good times and laugh. Laughter is so important. Search her heart and ask God to direct your steps. You'll be in my prayers. |
