For those suffering from depression

God, give us strength to get through another day...

I have suffered with depression, OCD and alcoholism all my life. I have lost two immediate family members to suicide and am suicidal daily myself. I have been treated for almost 10 years and they still can't find the right medication after multiple hospitalizations. I am at the end of my rope, don't remember what it was like to want to live, and have another family member who just told me that they think they have this terrible disease of depression, too. I don't know why my family and I suffer so, but I know that there is a loving God who has a plan for me if only I can find the right treatment. I am on the verge of losing everything because I can't stay out of the hospital long enough to work. I am alone and scared. Please pray for God's will in my life and all those who suffer from depression. I am trying to keep the faith that therapy and medication will eventually give me a life worth living. God Bless.
