Prayer Circles

Dear Lord, I pray that you watch over Dan and I's sobriety each day. I pray for a new job for Dan, thy will be done. Please put him where he needs to be, where you think is best. Lord, watch over us until then.

Lord, thank you for my husband of 18 yrs. You know that our marriage has been struggling for some time now even though I have been practically waiting on my husband hand & foot without much appreciation coming back to me. Lord, you also know that my husband believes that because I am not bringing in monies and do not have a full-time job that I am less than a woman because nowadays it takes two persons to take care of financial obligations or so he believes. Lord, I feel discouraged and with my asthma all of a sudden becoming worse, I am scared whether all this stress will add additional problems to our marriage.

Lord, I do not want to sound like I am complaining. I love my spouse and am asking if it is your will to produce the same loving, warmth that we used to share. Please help my husband to see me in a better light and not one that is demanding or selfish. Lord, help me be the wife that you want me to be.

If I have done anything wrong to my spouse, Lord, I have apologized, prayed and agonized over the situation. In your infinite mercy, help me to leave all these issues at your feet and go on with what you want me to do in my life. Help heal our marriage, if you believe it is worth saving, Lord. I give my worries over to you to work them out for your greater glory, Lord.

Dear Lord, Please with these couples and make them aware of your presence. When my husband left for another woman, and even some now.....I KNEW you were there..but I didn't FEEL it. I know it can such a discouraging time of testing our faith. Please work within their marriages and YOU be the counselor. Let Your will be known and direct their steps. My heart grieves for these people as I pray they do not have to experience what we did. Please make them aware that not only are You there, but freinds and loved ones and the church are there also. Let them find comfort in having the support that they need.

I also pray, and request that others pray for my family. My ex has decided he no longer needs to pay the required amount of child support....I pray for peace in knowing that the Lord will take care of our financial problems. I also pray that the Lord blesses a new relationship. We met on christian cafe and both feel the Lord is drawing us together. We will meet 9/1 and we hope and pray that we truly are being given to each other by the Lord. It would be a great Christian relationship which we both desire.

Lord, hear our prayers and bless us all with loving Christian relationship in which You are the center!

Dear God,

I pray for Dan and Gwen's marriage - as well as all marriages. May they be blessed with love, honesty, and the strength to support each other in hard times as well as good times.

May all couples realize the special gift they have in each other. We were not meant to walk through life alone, and a spouse should be a source of great comfort and joy.

May all couples say a prayer of thanks every day that they have a friend and partner for life in their spouse.

blessings go out to dan and gwen.always know that marriage within it self is a blessing. its not easy,nor was it meant to be. and sending out these blessings. i'm remembering my own.one of the greatest gifts that my marriage holds is that at all times there is at least one sane person here. SMILE. gwen know that you will have to stand for dan when he is not strong enough to stand for himself. dan gwen is your wife nothing comes before her. keep god first and love life.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for leading me to this prayer circle. Thank you for the many blessings you have given "B" and I. Thank you for the many times you have been there holding us together..even though we thought we where on our own. Thank you for patience, strength, wisdom, and a deep underlying love that we sometimes forget we have for each other. I ask that you look over my "B" and I, and all the couples that want and need your never-ending love. Help to sustain us and help keep us mindful of your daily presence in our lives. I ask that you keep us mindful of your presense in our lives, by reminding and showing us our spouses good points through their actions and words. We are gratful Lord for your forgiveness in our faults, allow us to also be forgiving. Keep us clear minded and focused on what is real in our marriages. Help us seek the truth when others say and do nasty things to hurt us. I ask these things in Jesus's name. Amen

Thank you all so much for all of your loving prayers for our marriage. We can do any tning through Christ who strengthens us. This is one saying that reminds me that the Lord is always here for us. This is such a strong message to all of us to keep in our hearts. We are never alone!
I pray for all who have written in about their marriages. Wives, be good to your hysbands and husbands, you be good to your wives, always keeping the Lord within your marriage. Don't give up! God gives you the strength you need to make it through the hard times. Give your marriage and your will to him and you shall prevail.

Dear Lord,
I pray for my husband, Dan, that he stays strong in his sobriety. He has 21/2 months now! Praise The Lord!
I also pray that every thing works out for him with his job. He has been so willing and open to you and others as never before. Thy will be done

Thank you for all your prayers for us and all marriages! Prayer does work?
My husband, Dan, has been sober for 6 1/2 months now and attending a help group, which is helping a lot. It's a spiritual program. I'm praying that he will find God through this program.
I wish I could e mail the people who prayed for us and let them know how thankful I am.
