compulsive overeater

For health reasons, I need to lose at least 100 pounds. My intellect tells me this, but my flesh is weak. I can only succeed with God's help. Please pray for me so that I can permanently change my eating and exercise habits.

I know that ther are many people with a problem similar to mine. We can pray for God's saving grace to permanently change our lifestyles and become more healthy. Please join me in praying for help to lose 100 pounds and to keep it off. Thank you for your prayers and your help.

I add my faith to hers, that she will lose 100 lbs. and keep it off with your grace. I ask that you open her heart to learning the reasons for her need to overeat, and help her to release her unhealthy behaviors, by helping her to learn other ways to find joy and love in life. I thank you for her bravery in facing her behavior, and I trust you to be the grace that is sufficient unto us all. Amen.
