Young man with Leukemia

Luke is at St. Judes Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, going through chemotherapy treatments everyday. He will be taking chemotherapy for the next 3 years if he makes it with nothing else going wrong with him.

May 18,2001, my mom took my little brother to the hospital because of an ear-ache that he had for about 3 weeks. She had already taken him to the doctor 2 other times for the same ear-ache and got
a different prescription for Luke each time she took him. Friday the 18th, when she took him in, they drew some of his blood. They then told my parents that something was wrong with his blood and that we needed to take Luke to Vanderbilt University as soon as possible.

When my mom took Luke to Vanderbilt they told us that Luke had a 99% chance of having either leukemia or a bacterial infection that kills bone marrow.

After a few more tests Luke was diagnosed with having leukemia.

Please pray for my family and my little brother, John-Parker Luke Robinson and forward this message to everyone you know to ask for their spiritual support as well.

God I pray for Luke Robinson that you would be the substance of his blood and return his body to the whole condition which you called into being from the womb. Help him and his family to trust you to work all things for the good, God. Help them to see you as the source of all, and the love and life-giving force that gives us our breath each day. I trust your grace to be sufficient unto us God, and I now place this family in your loving hands. Amen.
