lost in disbelief

I have just been discharged from a job i truly loved manageing a RCF for the elderly and disabled for reasons that were not at my control.

I feel lost, that I let an office manager destroy the lives of my 30 + employees and over 48 residents. I want to clear my name with the truth but no one seem to care about listening- The State has decided to close the facility and there's nothing I can do. Please pray for guidance as I have no job leads and I wonder now if anyone is going to want to hire me in the field of work I love so much.
