Grandparent raiseing grandchildren

Grandparents are being given the grandchildren more and more in todays world. It is very hard to know where to go for help. Both mentally, financially. With spiritual support we are given strength and guidence.

Three weeks ago, late in life I opened a new business. I believed that child raiseing was over and I only had myself to take care of. It was very tough and took all of my savings. But I work a part time job, 3rd shift to pay my rent and car payment.As it will take a good year before the new business can support me.
This week my 13 year old grand daughter came to live with me.
The last thing in my life was to think about haveing a teenager to look after and take care of. But I have learned many seniors are in the same situation. Life has changed so much since most of us have been parents. All of the rules have changed.The added cost, the worry is enormous. Usually there has been some problems and very deep hurts that have happened to them before they come to live with us. They need counceling, supervision, lots of love and RULES. It will be a daily challenge for all that have found them selves in this place in life.So this is for all of us. Please Lord, give us guidence. God Bless You, Sher

I pray in Jesus Almighty Name that you will re-new and re-strength, all grandparents, who will have the blessings of caring for their grandchildren. We, as grandparents will struggle through darkness, but You Oh, Mighty and Merciful God has promise us a lamp, that will shine our way to serve and glorify you, through Jesus Christ. I pray for all grandparents that may have that wonderful blessing of raising that grandchild. I pray as we share Jesus with them, they will also share Jesus with others and others will come to know of your Son, Jesus, and serve and glorify Thee. Thankyou, Lord for sharing this wonderful blessings. Amen.
