Prayers for Healing my Niece - seriously ill with septicemia

My niece Lindsey is 19 years old and is in ICU due to Meningococcal Septicemia. She has been sick for 5 weeks and will soon have surgery for amputation of fingers on her hands.She is improving a little each day but is still very sick.

We truly believe that had it not been for the prayers of family and friends and God's mercy, she would not be with us today. While she has improved and is no longer dependent on her respirator, her medical team is telling us to not expect her home until Christmas time
I am asking for prayers for Lindsey that she will recover not only physically but mentally as well. She is such a bright, friendly, beautiful person who truly loves everyone she meets and holds no prejudices towards anyone. She will defend anyone that is being talked badly about and is determined to not cause any pain to those in her life. I ask that God continue to shine His light on Lindsey, that she finds comfort in His warmth, feels His strength, and knows that His angels are with her. I also ask that He continue to give my sister and her husband the strength they need to keep the vigil at the hospital. Any prayers for her recovery are greatly appreciated.
