Continuous prayers and thoughts for Jonathan

Jonathan was diagnosed with HUS (a blood disease) when he was 8 months old. Since then, he has lost his kidney function and had hip surgery recently. He is now 8 years old. He has spent the majority of his life at CHOC, either for treatments, hospital stays, or in ICU. Every week he goes for plasma - a treatment that he does for the HUS. My sister administers dialysis to him every night at home. This prayer circle is not only for Jonathan's physical health, but for the mental and spiritual health of my sister's family and her marriage.

	delaney 6/12/2001 15:24	This is for you Ding Dong. I love you and I hope that EVERYONE in the world who sees this will also pray for you AND your mommy and daddy. I pray that God will make it so that you don't feel sick so much. And that you sleep at night. And that your legs get stronger than ever before. And that your tummy doesn't hurt anymore. God, he's only a child, don't let him hurt so much.

	terrell1 6/21/2001 21:48	Father, I pray for this young man right now in the name of Jesus. I pray that he receives strength, courage and healing if it is your will for his life. Strengthen his parents that they may lean on you for all things. Heal his young body in Jesus name. Amen

	dkolp 8/20/2001 13:04	My sweet Jonathan.....You know that we pray everyday together to ask God to heal you and help us cope with all that has been given to us...Here is my prayer for you... Dear Lord, I thank you for giving me this special little boy. I know there is a reason why he has to go through the things he does, but I ask you, please heal him, make him well, and please, please don't make him suffer anymore. I try to be strong, but somedays I just cant seem to find the strength. Help me be strong for Jonathan. Please dont take him from me, he has so much to give...and I love him with every breathe I take...
