I who am the beauty of the green earth
and the white moon among the stars
and the mysteries of the waters.
I call upon your soul to arise and come unto me.
For I am the soul of nature that gives life to the universe.

From Me all things proceed and unto me they must return.
Let my worship be in the heart that rejoices,
for behold-- all acts of love are My rituals.
Let there be beauty and strength, power and compassion,
honor and humility, mirth and reverence within you.

And you who seek to know Me, know that
your seeking and yearning will avail you not,
unless you know the Mysterey:
for if that which you seek, you find not within yourself,
you will never find it without.

For behold, I have been with you from the beginning,
and I am that which is attained at the end of desire.

This is especially for Suzanne. The Lady blessed me with her company during a dark period of my life, probably saving it! She discovered she was Pagan during the earthquake (living 10 miles from a 7.0's epicenter), when she found herself praying to Mother Goddess to protect her.

To Sue and those who have discovered they walk with the Goddess.

* Bless your bravery. It's not an easy path you take, but one that will challenge you with every step. However, the Great Mother will give you the courage to continue. She is the strength behind mountains.

* Remember that "If it harms none" is a heavy-duty order if you stop to think about it.

* Celebrate! See the moon and the flowering plants, the turning of the seasons and the changes in your body - cherish and make merry with them!

Blessed be new pagans. May the God and Goddess guide and protect you on your journey to wisdom and empowerment.

May the Goddess ever bless you for this area. May you have love and light to shine upon you where ever you may roam. May your dreams be ever useful and fullfilling and may you always walk upon a peaceful path. This is my prayer to Mother Earth of all folk and that they may find the light that so many of us have, through whatever means they use.

I know how hard it is. It took me seven years to really feel "Pagan" after I made the decision that it was what I wanted to do. It took alot of soul searching and uncomfortable confrontations with myself before I felt ready to call myself a witch.

Tho I have been studying for 4 years, I still consider myself a "fledgling" of Paganism. I was in an abusive relationship and was abused because i believed in paganism, so I had stopped for awhile. I am now out of that relationship, and starting to practice again. Please goddess, help me find myself again.

Youve been so good to all of us, giving us air to breathe, food to eat, and animals to love, so how do we return the favor, we destroy your forest, clog up your air, and dirty the sea. I am a newcomer and have relized my actions are wrong, and we must love and cherish our mother earth, because after we are gone, youll still be here.
