2. Meditate Daily
Set aside time throughout your busy day. Find a quiet place where you can be alone. Close your eyes and simply think.
You can direct your focus on one thing, like gratitude. Or select a single word that has special meaning to you.
It's O.K. to drift while you're meditating. But once you are aware your mind is off focus, go back to your original thought or word.
The idea is to be still and hear God's voice.
