Please help me to be kind to those who upset or bother me today and to have charity in my heart toward those who have hurt me. Please help me purge my heart of all hate and anger. You are the only one who can heal my heart and my mind from the hurts others have caused me. Please help me to let go of problems and upsetting things in my past and live in a manner pleasing to You from this day forward.
