Dear Lord,remember the families of the fallen soldiers. Lord give them strenth,and guidance,to carry on. It is very hard when you lose a love one,but with your loving arms around them,they will be comforted,and feel,that they are not along. So Lord,fill that emptiness,of losing the love one with a lot of love,and memories,that will forever be in their hearts. I ask this in Jesus Name,Amen.

I just found this page and add special prayers for the first known Tallahasee fallen, which happened in Iraq the morning after our stirring Veteran's Day memorials and tributes. Amen...

We lost a young son to a tragic death Oct 3, '02, just over one year ago; the unimaginable did happen; sometimes accidents Just Happen. Our son is alive somewhere in wherever heaven is; working, playing, serving, worshipping -- a similar but changed life from his busy 14 year old Wonderful Life on this earth with us; but how we miss his hugs, smiles, words, games, and everything that was part of his strength in our family. We do feel pain with these families in the losses of these loved ones. --For God's will, on earth as in heaven...

We love our country and we love our earth; may God continue to guide us and help us in our efforts for peace, freedom from tyrannies, and trust, knowledge and love for God and all mercy.

I've seen too many bodies in Viet Nam. I greve for the loved ones they left behind, and believe me no matter how long you go--You Never Forget.

Divine Father/Mother of the Cosmos, we bring before you those who have left this planet through the Irac conflict. We call upon Archangel Uriel and his Rescuing Angels of Light to assist them, and guide them through a tunel of white light to the heart of our Father/Mother of the Cosmos. Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for all the brave men and women who gave their lives for freedom. I pray and ask that you bless their families who are left behind. Strenghten them, give them peace, abide with them and let them know that their loved ones did not die in vain. Also, Lord I ask that you intervene in the war and bring our men and women back home. Please receive those brave souls with an open arms and heart , please comfort them in your supreme Mercy. Hold them with your love and make them know that their sacrifice will not be in Vain Please Hold with your kind thoughts their families and Heal their sorrow. send them your angels to care for them and to comfort them. Dera Lord , I can feel their pain burning my own heart, I beg you Mercy for our soldiers that are still there. Please guard them and protect them against all evil. Lord, there are too many young people who have sacrificed their lives for this senseless war. Please let this killing stop and let your love reign; your peace envelop the world.Show us your divine mercy and then let compassion reign for there is too much sorrow here.Please send us your peace and help us not to ignore it again, so we may avoid this sorrow and loss of love.

I stumbled upon this site by accident. As I read the content of every name, my heart began to stir. I can only imagine your pain and think how I would feel if your loved one was one of mine. Yet because of their sacrifice we are able to appreciate life more. This Thanksgiving I will give thanks to God because of His goodness. You may not understand why this has happened and neither do I, but God remains the same and that is He is Good thru good times and pain. He remains the same whether we believe Him or not, His love for you remains the same whether you're happy or hurting. He never changes. And I know all things that happen are by his approval. We don't understand why, but He's working things out and someday we will understand. I will thank God for your loved one on Thanksgiving because of them, we can sleep at night, we can work or do whatever activities we have during the day and night, we can gather together in sharing each other's happiness or pain. Because of your loved one, we're protected and we can live in freedom. It's because of your loved one we have the opportunity to be Thankful for our life's liberties. Thank you for sharing your precious gift of life. I believe that God has a special place for your loved one and that they are resting from all hurt, harm and pain. God Bless every family in sorrow and may His abiding presence comfort you and bring you strength. May you find peace in the midst of you pain and love at the end of your day. May the Lord Himself fill you with a joy that is incomprehensiable. Lord, thear are a lot of poeple out thear that have lost a family member or a loved one, or a friend. Please give them peace of mind. Help them cope with thear loss and bless them in a special way.
