How many American dead and wounded in this war to "liberate" the Iraqi people. Something like 110 dead, 400 wounded? Why did they die? Why did they get wounded? They died for McDonalds and Wal-Mart. They died for Burger King and Taco Bell. They got shot in the leg for Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Fallen heros???? All of those who died did as much for you and me and the people in Iraq as the guy at the 7-11 who sold me cigarettes and a soda this morning. They died for the good of corporate america and nothing else. As fast as the statue of Saddam Hussain fell, the golden arches will rise just as fast over the skies of Baghdad. Soon monuments will rise to honor our "fallen heros." We should save some money and put a polaroid of each "hero" on a plaque with a spatula that says Empolyee of the Month. That is how they lived and that is how they died, corporate whores.

Sorry Abdul, but I thought this was a place to say a prayer for those in harms way not get on a soap box.

I just want to pray for those who have lost loved ones over there. May the Lord smile upon them and comfort them for the sacrifice made. God is the God of peace but he also says we will not know peace here on earth. I cannot imagine the burdens being carried by these families. But I say thank God for them. God bless them abundantly and help them know there are people here in this country who are grateful to them and those they lost over there. May we be on the side of the Lord that He will bless this country. My heartfelt gratitude. I love you.

Dear fallen soldiers, may each of you now know your divine Life in God's kingdom. The stone has been rolled away from your tomb of life and death in body to reveal the joy of your never-ending life in Soul, God.

The ultimate sacrafice you've made and the good you have done here is your lasting legacy on earth. Let all of us celebrate, this Easter, the joy and promise of your accomplishments for freedom, and know that you are not "fallen" soldiers but "risen" to know the heavenly freedom that Jesus showed us on that first Easter morning, the freedom of our eternal life and family, for ever at home with our Father-Mother, Love.

I'm sorry, Abdul, that you are so angry at America. I'm sorry that you do not agree with this war. I'm glad however, that you have the courage to speak your mind. Just think all those "...coporate whores..." died (including the innocent Iraqi's that died before we showed up)so you could say those words. Let's hope my 18 year old son, Pvt. M.J. Hulett of the 101st Airborne Division, "Screaming Eagles" will continue to live and fight so that you can continue your tongue lashing without you having to worry about being put to death because you had a simple but, pointless opinion.

Dear Lord, please bring your loving comforts to all the families who need your comfort today Lord, you are a powerful and wonderful God, wrap them in love, that they may know the presence of your love Lord, thank you, in Jesus name, amen.

To my brothers and sisters of arms that no longer walk here with me. I have walked in the footsteps you left and seen the terrible things you have seen. I tread safely in this ancient land because of the sacrifices you made for me and the troops that stand by me. I saluted your memory this desert morning when we played taps to honor you. I start to understand why you sacrificed, for I see the opening of hope in the eyes of the Iraqis as they pass by. But more so, I understand why you sacrificed when I see the eyes of our fellow soldiers, airmen, sailors, and marines. For they, too are full of hope of the future and proud of our country and proud of you. Your memory will live forever in us. May God hold you close to his bosom for the love you have shown us and all Americans.

May God bless the souls of the fallen troops who fought to free the Iraqi people from the grip of a genocidal tryant. May God give comfort and strength to their family members and loved ones.

Lord, save us from our own wicked and confused leaders like President Bush. And wicked and confused leaders abroad like Osama Bin Laden.

Thank you to all who fought for our country, including my grandpa and my dad, and to all who believe that America is a country worth fighting for.

While you are at it, I hope you will remember the approximately 25,000 Iraqis who were murdered in this illegal war of aggression, including several thousand civilians. People SHOULD mourn the loss of American soldiers. It is a horrible tragedy. But it never would have happened without the perverse ideology and baldfaced lies of the Bush administration. Mourning only "our" dead, out of the context of ALL the victims of Bush and Saddam, is chauvinistically offensive. It suggests to me that Iraqi lives are not worth as much as "ours."

May all the Iraqi and Coalition soldiers, as well as civilians, find peace in their efforts, sufferings, deaths and rebirths.

War is Hell. War is Business. In 'GOD' we Trust. I mean Gold, OIL and Drugs. What do you think they meant, and the CIA stands for?

Corporate or Monopoly Control of the Cocaine Intelligence Agency: laundering illicit drug, weapons and slave trade revenues, like a fun roulette game, inflating the New York Stock Exchange, and off shore accounts, for covert CIA operations, beyond Senate, Congressional, or Presidential oversight. Talk about Rogue State.

What is the body count on BOTH sides? Who are they? Militants or Humans? Valued, with families, or not? What is the value of a human life? Are they equal, as in UN Declaration, EU, French, Canadian and US Constitutional Rights to Life, Liberty, Peace, Freedom and Security of the Person?

What is a socialist economy like Iraqs worth, with religious and secular freedoms, with free highways, roads, bridges, water, sewer, education, hospitals and healthcare for everyone?

Let us find out by bombing them back into the Stone Age and force them to pay only US corporations owned by Bush, Cheney, and Halliburton to rebuild it on contract, paid for with Iraqi oil revenues.

But we are not stealing their oil. We are just borrowing a little for medicine and food aid, to rebuild the infrastructure we, and our contract mercenaries, and dicators, destroyed.

May all soldiers who fell and are still falling, over the war in Iraq be blessed and praised for giving the ultimate sacrifice, may Our Lord be holding ALL in His arms, and bring peace and comfort to their families. No soldier who died in this senseless 'war' should be disgraced, they all freely gave their lives believing they were doing the right thing, God bless them all. Any anger should be directed to the Leaders who lied about this situation, not against the soldiers who bravely fought and died.

Father in heaven, I thank You for protection over our troops who are still in Iraq. God I pray for the families of those who have fallen in this foreign land, those who perhaps didn't want to be there, but were obedient to the authorities over them. Lord I thank You for the freedoms we as Americans have, and sometimes take for granted. Father God, give great encouragement to the families of all these young men/women who lost their lives bringing freedom to an oppressed people. Lord, I pray for those who are trying to bring order in Iraq, God help our leaders to help them establish a government for a freed people so our troops may come home. We are anxious Lord, but in Your time, which is always correct.

My daughter is in the Army and is now in Iraq. Please add her to your prayers. I ask God for peace in that land. The people of Iraq have suffered many years under Saddam. My husband's family is also there. Now there is hope for a better future. Inshallah. ( If God Wills).

All gave some, Some gave all. My sisters and I are the only females on both sides of a very military family and I know what it's like to have flags flown in someones' honor. Thank you to all soldiers fighting and thank you to all the families behind the troops. I am one proud American that is greatful for your dedication and sacrifice. May G-d continue to bless America!
