Our Precious Angel, Daughter and Friend

To honor the life of a child who was here only a short time, yet touched so many lives. She has gone before us to Heaven, but will never be forgotten here on Earth. We will always LOVE you baby girl! Until we meet again!

Janet Marie Hardy, child of Debbie L. Hardy and Richard D. Hardy, divorced. Killed by a speeding, drunk driver early Sunday morning, Oct. 26, 2003. She is survived by her parents, her sister, Jessica, and many friends and family. Janet loved life, she lived every moment to the fullest. Killed one week before her 14th Birthday, her death has left many asking why. Janet loved soccer, and was buried in her soccer uniform. She was a straight "A" student and a memeber of the National Jr. Honor Society. She belonged to Cadette Girl Scout troop #512. She loved Disney, and was nick-named Pooh Bear. She loved animals and wanted to attend the University of Maryland to become a zoologist. Her cat, Rascal, still goes to her room to look for her. Friends say, she is gone, but not forgotten. She will be remembered by the love that she gave and the love she has left behind. Janet, our precious Angel, we miss you more than words, more than life. Watch over us and keep us safe.

	MaryDeWeese 12/31/2003 12:25	Jan~ wow...its been 2months and 5days! it seems like forever. I just wish I could have ONE more day with you-to hear your sweet voice and see that big smile that always brightened my day up! BY my bed, I have the best picture of us in a picture frame, I look at it everyday and wonder why this had to happen to you. I remember when we were SUPPOSED to be out on the soccer field practicing but we were inside in the girls locker room singing Moulion Rouge:Lady Marmalade...you were Mya and I was Christina Agularia(yuck!)we had the best times! Especially at soccer practice. You were always my warm-up buddy, you always made me laugh and giggle! oOo how i miss you Janners! But i am NOT saying goodbye because I know we will see each other again someday. And when that day comes you better be ready because were playing one-on-one in soccer and we can both be #9 yah know since we are THE #9 lovers forever hehe. Watch over us you sweet sweet angel! Your mom has been e-mailing me about the meetings about you...I rember when we we're in 6th grade & I needed help in Science and you would always stop and help me no matter what you we're doing...Hopefully on April 17,2004 at the high school your mom is going to have a soccer game in your memmory... I really miss how I used to see you walking down the hall with your big smile... OoO and ,Did you see me sing at the funeral??? I hope I was good because I was really sad about how you had a short time here...I love you and will always miss you...Keep all of us at P.V.H.S. in your hearts.......MAD LUV TO YOU OoO and please tell my grandmother Linda Marie Ganal I said I love her .....XOXOXOXOXOX........LyNn sChAfFeR
