Steven Kopits, MD
Friend, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Hero

An orthopedic surgeon who meant the world to those whom lives he touched.

Dr. Kopits,
It's been almost 7 months since you were called home to be with God. Not a day goes by that I don't remember you and think of all you gave me; the support, love and understanding. You gave me the chance to be someone special, the chance to reach for my dreams.
Had it not been for you I would most likely be dead now, for you saved my life St. Pat's Day 2001. I love you so much and I know that when it is my turn to die you will be up there waiting for me to escort me home.

Love Always,
M Segal
