It is Not about Perfection
There is a misconception that a relationship needs to be perfect to be healthy. This is simply not true. There will be fights, disagreements, imbalances, and other friction. But this is normal when two people are joined and the honeymoon phase is over. Humans are all fallible. We all make mistakes, so it is logical that there are times you feel the need to vent or become upset when there are challenges. We tend to blame each other and what we really need is to heal ourselves.
