INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ounces chopped frozen spinach

  • 1 2.8-ounce can french fried onion rings

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 8 ounces grated Cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup almonds, toasted


TO PREPARE:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Cook and drain spinach.
3.  Put spinach into a medium mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients, except almonds.
4.  Turn all ingredients into a greased covered casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.  Top with toasted almonds.

NOTE:  
A classic that continues to please.
