INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

  • 1 (16 ounce) can green peas, drained


TO PREPARE:

Saute garlic in olive oil until softened.  Add parsley, fennel seed, salt and pepper.  Add artichoke hearts and saute for 5 minutes.  Add peas and simmer until heated through and flavors have blended.
