INGREDIENTS:

  • 24 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 pound bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise


TO PREPARE:

Cut the top of each tomato opposite the stem end.  Scoop out the inside to form a shell.  Drain upside down on paper towels.  Combine the bacon, green onions and mayonnaise in a bowl.  Spoon inside the tomato shells.  Chill until ready to serve.
