INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (1 pound) can salmon, drained
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
TO PREPARE:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Turn into well greased loaf pan and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.  Serve with white sauce or catsup.

SERVES: 4 - 6
