  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped


1. Melt margarine and chocolate in double boiler; pour into mixing bowl.
2. Add eggs, flour, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
3. Mix in pecans; pour into pie shell and bake until firm when shaken.

Temperature: 350 degrees
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes

Let pie set for 2 hours before serving.

YIELD: 1 pie (9-inch)
